- Format: 2-person scramble; seniors (70+) may tee at forward tees
- Hole in One (New vehicle) at Hole #17
- Grand Prize Drawing: $1000 cash donated by Knights of Columbus (All registered players are eligible to win – must be present to win)
- Closest to the Pin Contest ($200) at Holes #3, # 6, #8, #17
- Longest Drive Contest ($200) at Hole #18
- Top three teams receive $500, $400, and $300, respectively
- Mulligans ($5 each, maximum of four) may be pre-purchased
